Most of our custom builds take 8–10 months from contract signing to key handover. Timelines vary based on home size, finish selections, and permit processing times. We'll give you a realistic schedule before you sign.
Minor selections can be adjusted during the design phase. Once construction begins, structural changes become significantly more difficult and costly. We work hard upfront to make sure you're confident in every decision before we break ground.
We use fixed-price contracts. The number you sign is the number you pay unless you initiate a change order. We don't believe in budget surprises.
No — we can help you identify available lots in our communities or evaluate a lot you already own. Either way, we'll guide you through the site evaluation process.
We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all construction, a two-year systems warranty (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and a ten-year structural warranty. We're also available after close for any questions.
Absolutely — we encourage it. We schedule regular client walk-throughs at key milestones and can arrange additional site visits with advance notice. We want you excited about every stage.
